If we incur any parking or congestion zone charges these will be added to your bill.

Larger Projects lasting two or more days such as decorating and kitchen refurbishment are priced on a day rate. Please ask us for an estimate

Normal Hours: 9-6 Mon-Fri.

We prefer not to work evenings and weekends, but contact us if this is a requirement.

Charges

Our standard labour charge is £40 per hour inclusive. We bill by the half hour after the first hour.

You only pay for time on site plus any shopping time and parking expense (see below). Payment Is accepted in cash or by cheque (with a valid cheque card) in full at the completion of the job.

Regular customers may pay by direct transfer by arrangement.

For our technology services we charge £30 per hour inclusive and still bill by the half hour after the first hour. We also operate on a no fix no fee basis.

Shopping: Specific materials may be required to carry out the work you require. We can either :
Shop for you, at our normal rates (not a bad option as we will be quick and accurate. 2nd shop visits are free.)

Help you to use catalogue or online services to deliver to your door. Advise you on purchasing the goods yourself.

Paying for parts: All parts supplied by us will be charged at cost price i.e. you pay what we pay. If you ask us to purchase large items, we may ask for payment before the goods are purchased. Receipts will be provided for warranted items.
